If you click into the Followup System tab, you will see all the followup campaigns and how many active leads are in each campaign.
If you want to pause a campaign, you can click on the eye icon to see the campaign. You can then make the campaign inactive.
If you want to remove everybody from a campaign such as the 3 Month Followup Campaign, you can just use the trash can icon to delete the campaign and the click on Restore Default Campaigns so that the campaign is built again-It will no longer have any active leads in it.

Is there a way to batch delete or cancel NO replies from Followup texts? Same with YES leads that I am currently in contact with? Follow up texts will mess up our dialog. Clicking off all the follow up texts for four dozen replies is a colossal waste of time. Please show me how to easily do this task. Thanks.
Hi Lonnie,
Best thing is to remove them as you check the leads that come in on the Lead Detail page.
You need to check to make sure that the response has been auto subscribed to the correct campaign,
If it is not in the proper campaign you can click the x on the campaign ad and then choose the proper campaign tag.
If you have a backlog of leads that you have already processed and need to do a bulk change you can filter for the particular campaign or tag that you want and then click on pull down arrow on the Bulk Lead Selection button on the main Lead Management page.
You can then do whatever bulk action you need to do.
See screenshots.
I will add the screenshots to the main article.
Best wishes,
Rick
