It is best to have the Lease Option Memo signed online while you are on the phone with them as you guide them through it. Otherwise, you can print out a hard copy from the Microsoft Office document included in the download section and mail or hand deliver.
If it is local, your final paperwork can be hand delivered to the buyer and seller. Otherwise, fax or scanner will work. If you can work a photocopier, you will be able to use a scanner. It is also possible to use electronic signature online using Docusign.com or HelloSign.com
MS Word documents can be edited.
Here how to make sure that MS Word documents can be edited, instead of opening only as Read Only.

All the For Rent Docs can be edited in MS Word if you need to remove or change anything, before you print out.
If you don't have MS Office to access MS Word documents, there are several no cost alternatives.

Where is the text message response from the prospect located at on the Lead Management site?
I see the prospects text response in the phone site. I do not see it in the Lead Management Site.
Hi Ronnie,
An except of the most recent text communication is on the Lead Management dashboard.
To see the complete text, click on the N/A or Lead Name to see the Lead Detail page. Under the Lead Timeline to the upper right of the page, you will see a complete history of all the communications with the lead. You may need to click on See More, to see the complete message.
Best wishes,
Rick
