How Do I Process Leads That Come Into The Lead Management Tab?

If you processed a lead making sure that it is in the correct followup campaign, you can archive it.

Only unprocessed leads should be on the Lead Management page.

If you aren't ever going to followup with that person, you can delete or archive. It's up to you.

The Lead Management System is designed to automatically unarchive a lead and put it at the top of the Lead Management page when the lead calls or texts back into the system.

If you never want to contact someone again because they have asked for you not to contact them or are abusive, then you should add them to the Blacklist. Also, if you never want to contact them again for whatever reason, add them to the Blacklist.
