Billing Error: How Can I Send More Messages Per Day?

You receive $20 free credit every month toward your phone charges and your scraped lead charges. After those funds are exhausted each month, the system will charge your card for additional costs. 

You can choose the amount you would like the system to charge when your free credits are used up. The default charge amount is $20, but you can choose either $20, $50 or $100 from the drop down menu ("Balance Charge Amount") below.

As charges are incurred and your charged balance drops to $10, your card will be charged again automatically, up to once per day.

NOTE: The system is only set to charge one time per day for overages. We do this so you don't get surprised by a lot of charges to your card. If you pick $20 from the drop down menu, but you spend $30 that day for scraped leads or phone minutes, the system will stop your mailings and wait till the next day to charge you again. In order to keep your system running, you might want to pick a larger daily charge limit ($50 or $100).
