The Phone System doe not have a specific feature that only allows for a certain monthly budget, but there are several ways you can keep your spending under control.

You can set up each campaign to stop after so many texts or calls are sent-that is the Limit setting.

You can inactivate all Automarketer Campaigns and the Followup Campaigns at any time and they will not send again until you Re-Activate them.

You can also remove your Credit Card from the Phone System Account Settings at any time and that will stop your account from re-charging the $20.

If you are concerned about your spending on the Phone System, it is best to start with the One Time Text Blasts instead of the 3 Month Followup Sequence. With the 3 Month Followup Sequence, each day you are adding new people who are getting the messages every several day. The numbers in the campaign can snowball very quickly.

Also, the Phone System is set up to allow only one charge per day as a Safe Guard.

(If you need to spend more than $20 a day, you can increase how much your credit card is charged whenever your balance drops below $20.
