It is probably a temporary Domain Name Server glitch with your Internet Service Provider or Internet in your area.
Here is where you can check out any website to see if it down for everyone or just you.
http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com or the shortened URL site: http://isup.me
If it is just you: The Domain Name Server system throughout the Internet is updated on a regular basis so any glitch should be resolved when that happens.
Here are steps to take that may help if you are still having access issues...
1) Try to access the site using the Private or Incognito Mode in your Internet Browser. This will bypass any DNS info stored on your computer.

2) Please clear your Internet Browser cache and that should force your browser to pull the CRM site from the server instead of your computer's memory.
You may need to restart the browser after you clear the cache.

3) It also helps to clear the DNS cache.

You can also choose to clear the DNS cache from within CCleaner from step 2.
