The Domain Name Server info for your domains needs to be set to ns1.joecrump.org and ns2.joecrump.org
This will happen automatically when you purchase the domain from CheapDomainZap.com, which is Joe's Godaddy Reseller Account.
If you purchase directly from Godaddy or another registrar, please contact Support with the login info for the registrar where you purchased the domains.
We will need username and customer number. Also, we will need the password.
We will make the changes and install the custom domains.
An alternative is for you to delegate temporary access to your account so you do not have to give us your password,
Here is how to delegate access so I can log in to make the correct Domain Name Server information changes.
This is specifically for CheapDomainZap.com, (Joe's Godaddy reseller account)
But it will be basically the same for a Godaddy account or other registrar where you signed up.

Please assign delegate access to Name: Rick Miller Email: crumpsupport@rocketreply.com
Invite a delegate to access my Cheap Domain Zap account
You can invite a delegate (like your web designer or developer) to access the Cheap Domain Zap products in your account. Delegates can open and use your products, but they can't view or change account information like your payment methods and passwords.
- Go to your Cheap Domain Zap Delegate Access page. You might be prompted to sign in.
- In the People who can access my account section, select Invite to Access.
- Enter the Name and Email address for the person you're inviting.
- Select one of the access levels. If you're not sure what this means, read our explanation of access levels.
- Select Invite. We'll send the person an email invitation to access your account. Once the person accepts, we'll let you know.
