Our hosting company has added a Security Feature that resets the connection between the editor and the individual pages. This is affecting both Web Editors under the Clone Sites tab.
We've been looking for a solution to this and we are still working on this.
Until this gets resolved or a workaround is figured out, both web editors will show the pages as blank.
If you have a simple edit, let Support know and we can make the change for you.
In the meantime, you will need to edit the pages using the File Manager within your cPanel.
EDITING A FILE USING THE HTML EDITOR
To edit a file by using the HTML Editor, follow these steps:
- In the File Manager main window, select the file that you want to edit.
- Click the HTML Editor icon.
- Select the character set encoding that the file uses. The default is utf-8 (Unicode).
Make sure that you select the correct character encoding for the file. Otherwise, the file may become corrupted. - Click Edit. The file's contents appear in a new page, ready for editing.
- To change the formatting, use the formatting toolbar. For example, you can change the font size and text alignment, add bulleted and numbered lists, and much more.
- To view the web page's HTML source code, click Source at the bottom of the editor window.
- To preview the web page, click Preview at the bottom of the editor window.
- To save your changes, click the Save icon.
- To close the HTML Editor, click the Cancel icon.

NOTE: We suggest you only use cPanel if you know what you are doing. If you screw it up, we can solve the problem, but it will be by completely rebuildingyour sites to the default configuration. You would lose all of your data. So - don't mess with this unless you comfortable with that.
You can login to your cPanel using the same username/password you use to login to this CRM
(Substitute your actual listing site)
